The Nigerian Bar Association, NBA Minna Branch Executive Committee Chairman, Barrister Mohammed Waziri, has condoled with family members and the Benin NBA Branch over the passing away of Barrister Ogaga Omoghwanre after slumping during a law summit in Warri yesterday

In a statement on Thursday, Barrister Waziri described Late Ogaga as a committed and foremost member of the Benin Bar who rose to the prominence of national reckoning through uncommon loyalty, passion, and oratory prowess in the service of the Bar.

Until his death, Ogaga Omoghwanre was the Personal Assistant to the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Olumide Akpata SAN, and immediate past Publicity Secretary of the NBA Benin Branch. He also contested for the position of National Publicity Secretary in the recently concluded NBA National Convention but lost the position to Habeeb Akorede Lawal.

Barrister Waziri prayed for his bereaved family and friends to have the fortitude to bear the loss.
