Ahousewife, Agnes Friday on Wednesday dragged a businesswoman, Mrs Joy Ekpa before a Customary Court in Nyanya, Abuja for allegedly spreading falsehood about her paternity.

In a petition Friday filed against Ekpa, she said:” the defendant is not related to me in anyway but she is claiming that I am her sister.

”She has promised to do all within her power and any other means to make me one of her late father’s children”.

The petitioner also told the court that the defendant said she was fulfilling her late father’s wish.

She begged the court to stop the defendant from spreading such falsehood.

The judge, Doocivir Yawe, adjourned the matter until May 30, for hearing.
