A prosecution witness in the ongoing trial of the alleged killer of the late human rights crusader, Kunle Fadipe, yesterday,  at the Lagos High Court, Ikeja, tendered some tools said to have been used in carrying out the crime.

The defendant, Seun Oladapo, is standing trial before Justice Atinuke Ipaye for the alleged murder of Fadipe and others at Harmony Estate, near Karaole Estate, College Road, Ifako Ijaiye Local Government Area, Lagos, last year.

At the hearing of the matter, lead prosecution counsel, Mrs. Idowu Alakija, who is the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), tendered the objects recovered at the scene of incidence through the Investigative Police Officer (IPO), Adefuye James.

The tendered exhibits include a torchlight, a dagger, a kitchen knife, and a pair of black hand gloves.

Other objects are a pair of slippers, a red T-shirt, a black school bag, window blind, and one Nokia phone. All tendered items were blood-stained and were admitted as exhibits.

The defence counsel, Worer Obuagbaka did not oppose the tendering of the objects.
