A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has nullified the ratification of the the suspension of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA’s General Secretary, Madam Joyce Oduah by the National Executive Council, NEC of the Association

The NEC had on Sunday at 21st August 2022 at its Pre-AGC meeting ratified the suspension of the NBA GS from office by the EXCO members notwithstanding the fact that Madam Oduah was challenging the suspension in Court.
