Contrary to a recent media report suggesting a botched partnership between the Technical Committee on Conference Planning (TCCP) for the upcoming Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) conference and popular electronic law report provider, Law Pavillion, there is no reason to infer any such partnership existed in the first place.

The TCCP has stated that Law Pavilion from the onset was not the designated company for provision of the legal research software to be loaded on the tablets for delegates at the AGC.

According to the statement, the companies providing the software are Legal Pedia and Law Breed.

Law Pavilion however, will be at the conference as exhibitors and vendors.

In the statement, the TCCP assured all delegates that they will receive the electronic legal research software as promised without any depletion in quality.
