Legal firework begins today in treason charge against Biafra Zionists

A Federal High Court sitting Enugu will today commence hearing in charge of attempting to declare the Republic of Biafra against 11 members of pro-Biafra group, Biafra Zionists Federation, BZF, led by Mr Benjamin Onwuka.

Beside the criminal charge against the 11 pro-Biafra group slated for hearing today, the N10 million civil suit which they slammed against the Federal Government and Inspector General of Police for illegal arrest and detention, also comes up today.

During the first arraignment, only a handful of their members, who smuggled themselves into the court hall, were allowed to witness the proceeding, while several others were prevented from gaining access into the court premises as all access roads leading to the court were barricaded.

Few ones, who wanted to break the barricade were thoroughly flogged by policemen while the accused persons were brought into the court hall in chains.
