First batch of stranded Nigerians that cried out in a viral video to be evacuated have now returned.

They came aboard a Saudi Arabia Airlines which touched down at exactly 1pm at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja on Thursday.

The returnees are now being screen in line with Nigeria’s covid-19 protocols.
